Pricing is for a weekend wedding from Friday morning at 9am through Sunday at 10AM.
We can also price for a one and a half day weekday wedding Monday-Wednesday.

Frequently Asked Questions
In order to facilitate a stress free experience for our clients, our venue rental fee includes two days. Ideally, one for set up/rehearsal dinner, one for the wedding day and the following morning for clean-up. Times include 9am on Friday till 10am on Sunday.
Gracely Hill is a venue that rents the property to the client for their use and does not provide any services. The client handles their own vendors to set up tables and chairs, decorate, cater, officiate, coordinate and clean up. (Gracely Hill does not provide personnel on site during the event.)
The rental price for weddings ($3,000) covers use of the property as well as the ceremony site and grounds of the venue, 200 white folding chairs, 6 six-foot long white tables, 11 six-foot round tables and 17 five-foot round tables. We also have miscellaneous décor, use of two bride and groom’s room and warming kitchen.
We ask that cleaning be completed by 10:00 am the day after the wedding. The client and their vendors must remove all belongings, decorations, and place all trash in non-leaking bags outside of the kitchen door. Any large messes on the floors must be swept up. All doors must be closed and lights turned off.
We require a non-refundable security deposit of 50% ($1,500) of the event fee ($3,000) at the time of booking in order to reserve your date. The remaining 50% ($1,500) is due one month prior to your wedding.
We require a $500 cleaning/damage deposit that is due at the time of your second payment. This will be returned to you pending clean up according to the contract and if no damage is sustained to the property.
We accept cash, check and credit cards. If you pay with a credit card there is a 3% upcharge added to the payment.
Yes, the venue has two (2) 15×12 bride and groom’s room. These spaces are included in the venue rental fee.
Yes, we ask that you secure your own event insurance. Also, the event insurance must meet all of the requirements stated in the contract with Gracely Hill. Insurance needs to cover all the days you have access to the venue at $1 million coverage and Gracely Hill listed as the additional insured. Most insurance agencies carry event insurance. We can give you recommendations for insurance carriers as well.
The barn and outside space are approximately 3,700 sq. ft. of covered space in which you could host the wedding. This includes the inside of the barn and the covered area. We do not provide tents. You will be responsible for any special arrangements that need to be made due to inclement weather.
